He retired from J. Roy Martin Company after 42 years service and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Frances B. Elrod of the home; a son, Frank J. Elrod of Belton; two daughters, Mrs. Bobby (Shirley) White of Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale, Fla., and Mrs. Dennis (Teresa) (Teresa) Hatcher of Anderson; and a sister, sister, Vivian Smith of Anderson. Services: 3 p.m. Thursday at the McDougald Funeral Home Chapel, Anderson, with burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
