Pat Gilliam WILLIAMSTON -Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Webb Gilliam of Orageburg, a former resident of Anderson and Wil-liamston who died Wednesday, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home in Orangeburg. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in the Williamston Mill Cemetery at Williamston.

She was a widow of Pat Gil liam and is survived by two children by her first marriage to the late Frank Chambers, Miss Pauline Chambers and James L. Chambers of Orange burg. Mrs. Bottoms SENECA Mrs. Clara Mae Rankin Bottoms, 77, of Caldwell, Idaho, died at a hospital there late Thursday night after several months of illness.

A native of Oconee County, she lived in the Walhalla and Seneca areas before she moved to Idaho in 1936. She was a daughter of the late Robert N. and Myra Orr Rankin. Her husband was the late Elbert Bottoms. Surviving are three brothers, L.

P. and J. G. Rankin of the Bountyland community and C. K.

Rankin of Spartanburg; and a sister, Mrs. D. C. Freeman of Richland. Funeral services and burial will be in Caldwell Monday.

Mrs. Whisonant SPARTANBURG Mrs. Alice Davis Whisonant of 792 Plume St. died at a local hospital early Friday after a brief illness. A native of York County, daughter of the late John L.

and Sara Allison Davis, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was graduated from Greenville female College and taught school in York County many years. Her husband. John Edward Whisonant, died in 1935. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Jeanette Freeman and Mrs. Lois Cooner of the home; and a sister. Mrs. W. Frazier Tarns of Beckley, W.

1, Spartanburg, died Friday morning at a local hospital. Born and reared in Ruther-fordton, N. son of the late Joseph H. and Moine J. rraay, he spent most of his life in Spartanburg County.

He was a retired textile worker. Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Pearl Lytle Frady; a son, Lloyd Frady of Spartanburg; five daughters, Mrs. Jack Coates of Drayton, Mrs Ila Fowler, Mrs.

Mrs. W. H. Gay GREER Mrs. Zadie Barton Gay, 74, of 206 Fairview widow of W.

H. Gay, died at 7 p.m. Friday at a Greer hospital following six months of declining health and an illness of three weeks. A native of Tigerville, she was a daughter of the late Starling and Martha Reid Barton. She attended North Greenville Junior College and Miss Perry's private school in Greenville.

She lived in Taylors 18 years before moving to Greer where she had lived for 23 years. She was a member of Stephenson Memorial Methodist Church, the Woodman Circle and Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. George (Sara) Crab of Greer; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m.

at Wood Mortuary by Rev. D. H. Poston. Burial will be in Spring-wood Cemetery in Greenville.

Buzhardt GREENWOOD Willie Emanuel Buzhardt 46, local merchant, of 408 Fortune died Friday at 7 a.m. a Greenwood hospital following a short illness. A native of Saluda County, he was a son of Mrs. Janie Tim-merman Buzhardt and the late Willie Emanuel Buzhardt Sr. He had lived In Greenwood for the past 40 years and owned and operated Buzhardt's Curb Market on Maxwell Avenue.

He was a member of Lowell Street Methodist Church, the Men's Bible Class of the church and Masonic Lodge 91, AFM. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Lane Buzhardt; two sons, Billy Buzhardt of Lackland Air Force Base, and Phil Buzhardt of the home; one daughter, Barbara Buzhardt of the home; four sisters, Mrs. Ralph Carley, Mrs. Jerome Shaw and Miss Elsie Buzhardt, of Greenwood, and Mrs.

Glenn Clark of Columbia. Funeral services will be conducted at Lowell Street Methodist Church Sunday at 3:30 p.m. by Rev. J. W.

He had lived in Piedmont, S. many years. He was a son of Mrs. Maude S. Davenport of Greenville, S.

and the late William P. Davenport. He was a member of Piedmont Presbyterian Church and was a veter- anc of Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Mrs. Mar-jorie Kite Davenport of Johnson City; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Stewart and Mrs.

Mary Taylor of Greenville, Mrs. Fern Brownell of San Antonio, Mrs. Joyce Bryant of Houston, and Mrs. Zelpha Smith of Warren ville; and a brother, Augustus Davenport of Mount Pleasant. Funeral services and burial will be in Johnson City.

Kizer-Waddell Funeral Home is in charge. Henry R. Klepper PACOLET-Henry R. Klepper, 69, of Pacolet, died at a Spartanburg hospital at 10 p.m. Thursday after a brief illness.

A native of Hawkins County, son of the late George and Sara Ann Sizemore Klepper, he was a retired employe of Pacolet Mills. He was a member of Hickory Cove Church in Rogersville, Tenn. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Virgie Manis Klepper; three daughters, Mrs. Naomi Kiersey of Rogersville, Miss Louise Klepper and Miss Frankie Klepper of the home; three sons, Leonard, Milburn and Harley Klepper of Pacolet! three sisters, a brother and six grandchildren.

O. Bundrick NEWBERRY S. Oneal (Preach) Bundrick, 62, died at his home, 1403 Trent late Thursday night after several years of declining health. A native of Newberry County, son of Mrs. Frances Summer Bundrick and the late Thomas O.

Bundrick, he was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Surviving in addition to nis mother are his wife, Mrs. Leola Kinard Bundrick; three sons, Lamar Bundrick of Clinton, Clarence Bundrick of Prosperity and Richard Bundrick of Newberry; four daughters, Mrs. Kibler (Mary Frances) Bowers of Laurens, Mrs.

Clarence (Gladys) Hazel and Mrs. James (Sadie) Epting of Newberry and Mrs. Paul (Nellie) Foshee of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. C. Ruff of Joanna and Mrs.

James (Louvenia) Baker of Whitmire; a half-sister, Mrs. Mae Meetze of Whiterock; five brothers, Cecil Bunderick of Pomaria, Earl Bundrick of Charleston, Owens Bundrick of Newberry, J. C. Bullman SPARTANBURG Webb Joe Bullman, 74, of 288 S. Liberty died at a Spartanburg hos pital Thursday at 9 p.m. following a long illness. A native of Roebuck, he was a son of the late J. J.

and Lula McAbee Bullman. He was a retired plumber, a member of the Woodmen of the World and a veteran of World war 1. He had been employed by Lloyd Cantrell Plumbing Co. for 47 years and was one of the oldest plumbers in Spartanburg. Surviving are three sisters, Miss Agnes Bullman of the home.

Mrs. J. E. Bailey of Spartanburg and Mrs. Will Kir by of Pacolet; and two broth ers, Judd Bullman of Roebuck and Chalmers Bullman of Pau line.

Keisler SAVANNAH, Ga. Chief Master Sgt. Talmadge Lory Keisler, 45, of 106 Fane Drive, Hunter Air Force Base, Savannah, died Thursday at an Air Force hospital in Texas following a short illness. A native of Williston, S. he was a son of Mrs.

Irene Keisler and the late Martin Keisler. He had over 26 years of active military service and was with the 63rd Troop Carrier Wing when it was stationed at Donaldson Air Force Base. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Mrs. Casille Sims Keisler; one daughter, Mrs. Sue Ellen Ward of Atlanta; three brothers, Elvers and Loy Keisler of Williston and Arvis Keisler of Columbia, S.

and one sister, Mrs. Bernice Ross of Columbia. Funeral services will be con ducted Saturday at 3 p.m. at Sipple Mortuary in Savannah by Chaplain George C. Fisher.

Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 1 p.m. in the Williston City Cemetery in Williston. J. L. Holloway CHAPPELLS Julian Leroy Holloway, 85, merchant and farmer of Chappells, died at 7:30 p.m.

Friday at a local hospital following a brief illness. A native of Chappells, he was a son of the late Dr. W. J. Hollo way and Mrs.

Vicie Jennings Holloway. He was a member of Chappells Baptist Church. Surviving are bis wife, Mrs. Essie Holley Holloway; one daughter, Miss Inez Holloway of the home; two sons, Carl Holloway of Greenwood and Ernest Holloway of Chappells; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Blyth Funeral Home of Greenwood.

Mrs. L. G. Crowe WHITNEY Mrs. i i Riddle Crowe, 78, of 4 Elm died at her home early Thurs day after a long illness.

A native of Madison County, N. daughter of the late Kye and Melinda Chandler Riddle, she was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church and a charter member of the Whitney Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Her husband, L. C. Crowe, died in 1955.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Petty of the home and Mrs. Selma Nolen of Boil ing Springs; five sons. D. C.
