The wedding will take place in late summer. The bride- -elect was graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. degree. She will receive a master's degree in library science from the university in June. She is a librarian with the Greenville County School system.

Miss Hammett is the granddaughter of Mrs. Dever Blaine Williams of Landrum and Mrs. Walter Lee Coster of Travelers Rest. Having been graduated from D. W.

Daniel High School, Mr. Bregger attended the University of Montpellier in France for a year. He also attended Clemson University. The groom -elect received a B.A. degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with highest honors.
