Survivors: Husband, Daniel C. Boozer; son, Daniel R. Boozer, of Atlanta; a brother, William Harvey Thompson, of Monroe, and a sister, Jean Bernhardt, of Atlanta. Predeceased: A son, James Michael Boozer. Graveside service: 11 a.m.

Joyce Guest Caricofe, 62, of 151 Century Drive, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. She was the widow of Donald Nelson "Speed" Caricofe, and was born in Greenville, the daughter of Hazel Lindsey Guest Burns of Greenville, and the late Ralph Guest. Mrs. Caricofe was a member of Dunean Baptist Caricofe Church, and Margie Stroup Wright Carpenter, Gaffney Margie Stroup Wright Carpenter, 79, of 309 E.

Fairview died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002. Survivors: Sisters, Minnie Pearl Potter and Sue Hamrick, both of Gaffney, and June Davis of Cliffside, N.C.; a stepdaughter, Jane Waddell, of Chapel Hill, N.C.; and five stepgrandchildren. 8, 2002. Born in Abbeville County, he was a son of Amolene Richey Mobley, of the home, and the late Charlie John Mobley Sr. He was employed by Ferguson Produce in Abbeville and of the Presbyterian The city of Pickens has applied for a $250,000 state grant to complete the long-range plan. Surviving are her husband, Carl E. The family is at 283 Moore St. Martha G. 'Marty' Van Derveen, Greenville Mrs. Martha Ann Gay Van DerVeen, 88, formerly of Parkview Condo, and for the past years resident of National HealthCare of Greenville, died Oct. 8, 2002.

Born in Lanett, she was a daughter of the late Henry Mitchell and Mattie Autrey Gay. Mrs. Van DerVeen was a homemaker and was a member of Hampton Park Baptist Church. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Alfred Kenneth and Carleen Joy Newton, of Bogota, Colombia, South America; two congregate with people their own age," Graham said. "We owe it to them as the builders of our community from the past." Anthony, a retired textile worker and homemaker, said she comes to the center for fellowship.

Robert "Bob" Lewis Mobley age 79, died Tuesday morning, Oct. 8, 2002, at his home. Mr. Mobley was a graduate of Furman University, where he received his BA in Business Administration, and retired as Vice President of South Carolina National Bank. Mr.

Mobley is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Ballard Mobley, of the home; two sons, Dr. Robert Lewis Mobley and his wife, Nell Thigpen Mobley, of Greenville, and Mr. Hugh Franklin Mobley, and his wife, Donna Crolley Mobley, of Lancaster; six grandchildren; and one greatgrandchild. Funeral services for Mr.

Mobley will be at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 10, 2002, at First United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Needham Williamson and the Rev. Don Brown, with burial to follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

'Tiny' Davidson, Powdersville Steve Edward "Tiny" Davidson, 32, of 2605 Brushy Creek Road, died Oct. 8, Born in Pickens County, he was a son of Geraldine Blackstock Davidson and the late Ronald Edward "Bud" Davidson. He graduated from Wren High School, class of 1988, and attended Lenoir-Rhyne College, where he was All South Atlantic Conference Offensive Tackle in 1989 and 1990. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Surviving are his mother, Geraldine B.

Davidson; and a brother and his wife, Chuck and Stacy Gossett Davidson, of Powdersville. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Lewis and Allie Blackstock, and C.E. and Ila Davidson. Floyd Donnald, Honea Path Samuel Floyd Donnald 82, of 227 S. Main died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002. Born in County, he was a son of Andersons Samuel Floyd Donnald Sr. and Julia Moffatt Donnald.

Survivors: Wife, Katherine Red Donnald; sons, Ed Donnald of Honea Path, Floyd Donnald III Greenwood and Rick Donnald of Memphis, a daughter, Jean Ann Charlesworth, of Belton; a sister, Jenny D. Norman Confer Eoute Greenville Norman Confer Eoute 59, husband of Martha Hazel Eoute, of 300 Sherborne Drive, went home to be with the Lord peacefully Oct. 8, 2002. Born in Williamsport, he meet during the construction phase of the rest of the renovation, Graham said. Construction could start by the end of November and possibly be done by Christmas. It's the first part of a longrange plan to renovate the entire school as a senior center and community center that will house a community meeting place and offices for other human services agencies, Graham said.

Health Baptist in Easley. Mr. Weinberg was predeceased by his wife, Mary Minser Weinberg, whom he married in 1942, in McConnelIsville, Ohio. Born in Hammond, Mr. Weinberg was the son of the late Walter Henry and Mary Catherine Bowman Weinberg.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran World War II. After the war, he completed his Metallurgical Engineering degree from Ohio State University in 1948, and held a management position with Interlake Inc. in both Toledo, Ohio and Chicago for years. Following retirement in the early 1980's, Bill and Mary left the snowy winters behind and moved, to the Easley area.

Bill was tive member of Easley Presbyterian Church, serving as Elder and Treasurer. He was also a dedicated volunteer at Palmetto Health Baptist for a number of years. He readily friends throughout community with his infectious smile and genuine concern for others. He was a compassionate man, who will be missed by friends and family, including his dear friend, Floride Gardner. Surviving are three sons, William H.

Weinberg Jr. (Patricia), of Waco, Texas, Roger David Weinberg (Holly), of Eagle, Idaho, and Douglas Blake Weinberg (Theu), of Centreville, one daughter, Anita K. Hylek, of Schererville, one sister, Helen L. Kouba, of Englewood, and six grandchildren. Private committal services will be held Friday, in the Veterans Garden of Honor, at Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, with the Linda Ann Sharp officiating.
