Eugene Ruff NEWBERRY Eugene Ruff, 71, of 917 Bess died Feb. 20, 1994, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Columbia. He was a member of Hannah A.M.E. Church and a retired truck driver of Central Soya. He was a veteran of World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart.
